Cielo is mostly in a, fun, blissful or moronic state of nature in any given situation, but has a tenancy to become brash, hotheaded and absurd if what she feels as the status-quo goes disturbed, often leading to hostility on her part.
While she does enjoy the company of people she finds fun or amusing, it takes a long time for Cielo to truly warm up or care for other people in her life.
History:
During the colonization of Tawantinsuyu, the appearance of white, canine-like animals would be reported across the empire by both natives and conquerors, hunting and devouring men during violent skirmishes. Centuries would pass, and the creatures would slowly decrease in appearance and eventually turn to myth and legends in the Andes.
